Australia's strict fisheries and livestock protection practices help maintain this status. Australia is one of the few countries around the world that have been recognized as having the lowest risk of BSE by the European Union's Scientific Steering Committee. Australian Quarantine controls are some of the most stringent in the world and are strictly enforced, thus maintaining the disease-free status.
New Vision Biotech works closely with CSIRO, Australia’s premier research and development organization, to ensure that the highest science standards are maintained, and that the company has access to world-class technical skills and infrastructure. The company’s production and research and development facility is co-located with CSIRO in suburban Melbourne, Australia.
